Do all services always appear? +
No. Only currently available services appear. Unavailable services are hidden from the website and app according to their settings.
Does the app work offline? +
Services designed for local use work offline after their data is available. Server-based services like AI or public links require connection.
Does the assistant execute actions directly? +
Sensitive actions like create, edit, or delete require review and confirmation before execution.
Can I share data with someone else? +
Yes, through permission-based links for wallets, debts, tasks, and services like Ahd.
Is the app free? +
Yes — you can start with one wallet and up to 100 transactions per month, free, and upgrade later.
Is my data safe? +
Absolutely. Sensitive data is encrypted, we follow best practices like CSRF, rate limiting and Sanctum, and all payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card.
Can I use it on my phone? +
Yes — the app is fully responsive and supports PWA, so you can install it on your home screen and use it offline.
Do I need an OpenAI account for the AI features? +
No, we take care of that. Just enjoy the AI features within your plan limits.
Can I export to Excel or PDF? +
Yes — exports are available on the Basic and Pro plans.
How does wallet sharing work? +
From a wallet page you create a short public link and choose the permissions (add / edit / delete) and an optional expiry. Anyone who opens the link can record transactions per their permissions, with no account required.
What payment options are available? +
We support all major cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Save your card for automatic monthly renewals, and cancel any time.
Can I manage debts and payments? +
Yes. You can track debts owed to you or by you, add payments or increases, attach documents, optionally link movements to wallets, and follow the remaining balance in one activity log.
How do WhatsApp notifications work? +
When enabled, WhatsApp messages are sent in each user’s selected language for key events like wallet creation, transactions, sharing, and debt payments or reminders. Users can control their alert preferences from settings.
Is Qershnat a banking app? +
Qershnat helps with organization, follow-up, and recording. It does not claim bank integrations that do not exist.
Do public pages show my data? +
No. Public SEO pages explain features only. Your private data stays in the app or in links you choose to share.
Does Qershnat support every available language? +
Yes. The public website generates direct links for every supported language, and editorially incomplete pages can remain noindex until complete.
